2025 Winter Workouts - Winter 2025

Have you been missing youth football as much as we have?! Well, good news : we've got winter workouts right around the corner! These sessions will focus on individual and team trainings, overall skill development, position trainings etc. They are open and encouraged for kids of all youth ages and skill levels. Get your kids out of the house during the long winter months, keep them moving and learning & loving the game of football!

IMPORTANT INFO : 

1.  Sessions will be held every Wednesday from January 8 through February 26, 2025.

 2. 4th-6th grade begin @ 7p. 7th-9th grade begin @ 8p. Each session lasts 1hour.

***UPDATE : ALL CURRENT 4TH-8TH GRADERS WILL BE ATTENDING FROM 7-8PM!!! CURRENT 9TH GRADERS WILL BE WITH THE HS FROM 8-9PM!!! ALL SESSIONS WILL BE AT THE ADC!!!*** 

3. All sessions will be held at the ADC on Volunteer Dr in Spanish Fork.

4. Register for your athlete's CURRENT grade!

5. Only for athletes within SFHS boundaries!

6. No special equipment required! Regular gym shoes (NO CLEATS!), shorts, t-shirt, full water bottles and a good attitude are all the kids need to participate.

7. Cost is $75 per athlete. Everyone MUST register!!!

Our youth program teaches essential cheer skills while fostering teamwork and confidence. Led by experienced coaches, our teams will learn cheers, jumps, stunts, and dances in a fun and supportive environment. Join us for an exciting journey of athleticism, friendship, and spirited performances! No experience required.
